Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Personal Loan Telesales Executives to generate leads, assist customers with personal loan products, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Explain personal loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Generate quality leads and convert them into loan applications.
• Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly login/disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking guidelines.
• RequirementsGraduate or Undergraduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in Telesales/BFSI (Personal Loan experience preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
