Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, relationship building and business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing towards achieving the company's revenue goals.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking and online research.
• Identify prospective clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings and present the company's advertising solutions.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable media plans.
• Prepare and share proposals in coordination with the internal team.
• Follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into business.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and sales activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and networking events.
