Job Description: Civil Site SupervisorRole OverviewShree Samarth Reality is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget, with a primary focus on quality and safety.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily on-site construction activities and manage labor teams effectively.
• Ensure all work, particularly RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishing work, is executed as per technical drawings and project checklists.
• Monitor material usage and maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on the construction site.
• Candidate RequirementsProven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor or in a similar construction management role.
• Mandatory expertise in RCC work and high-quality finishing work.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse site workers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for reporting and inter-departmental coordination.
