Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate project cost estimates and BOQs.
  • Handle client and subcontractor billing.
  • Prepare RA Bills and final bills.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings.
  • Prepare tender documents and cost proposals.
  • Perform rate analysis and cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain billing documentation.
  • Monitor project costs and handle change orders.
  • Ensure timely submission of bills and compliance with contract terms.

Requirements

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Billing & Estimation.
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, RA Billing, and Tendering.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
