Position: International Travel Sales Executive
Process: US Inbound Voice Process
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in International Sales
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Shift: Night Shift
Location: Ecospace Business Park, Newtown, Kolkata
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for the US Travel Process.
- Convert customer reservation inquiries into successful sales.
- Identify sales opportunities and maximize conversions.
- Deliver excellent customer service with strong communication skills.
📌 Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Sales Process.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Must be flexible with night shift timings.
