Senior Sales Manager

A. Lead Management

• Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART, Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp and other sources.
• Distribute, categorize and prioritize leads based on customer requirements.
• Maintain proper lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities.

B. Calling & Customer Handling

• Contact every assigned lead through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements, investment capacity and business plans.
• Explain machinery specifications, features, pricing and benefits.
• Qualify genuine buyers and identify high-potential prospects.

C. Follow-up & Conversion

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Share quotations, product catalogues, videos and project details.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate commercial terms.
• Arrange online/offline meetings and product demonstrations.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and advance payments.

D. Sales Team Management

• Monitor daily calling activities and follow-up performance.
• Guide and motivate sales executives.
• Track individual and team sales targets.
• Review pending leads and ensure no potential enquiry is missed.

E. Reporting & Performance

• Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Track total leads, calls, qualified leads, meetings and conversions.
• Maintain sales pipeline and forecast expected revenue.
• Report sales performance directly to Management.
