Tax And Accounts Executive

Accounts & Tax Executive – GST, TDS & Income Tax

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Tax Executive to handle accounting and tax compliance work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts in Tally Prime
• Prepare and file GST returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
• GST reconciliation and GSTR-2B/ITC reconciliation
• Handle TDS calculation, payment and return-related work
• Assist in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Check client data and identify accounting/GST errors
• Prepare working papers and maintain client records
• Coordinate with clients for required documents and information
• Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a CA firm / accounting & taxation firm preferred
• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and Income Tax
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Should be able to independently handle routine client work
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Important: Practical knowledge is more important than theoretical knowledge. Candidates will be required to undergo a practical assessment.
