Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits, follow up on overdue payments, and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. The candidate should have good communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered addresses for payment follow-ups and collection.
• Collect overdue payments as per company policies and procedures.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and resolve payment-related queries.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment status, and collection activities.
• Submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and follow ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with the collection team to improve recovery performance.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
• Knowledge of local areas and customer handling will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, depending on the role requirements.
