• Sufra Catering Management System — a full catering operations platform
• Laundry Management System (LMS) — serving thousands of residents in live production
• Muzn IT HRM — an enterprise HR management platform built for GCC organisations

We're now opening our Kolkata office as part of our India expansion — and you could be one of the first engineers to help shape it.

The Role: We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will take direct charge of developing all our products. This is a hands-on, high-impact role — you're the person who turns ideas into working, scalable, secure software.

You won't be one small cog in a huge machine. You'll lead features end-to-end, make real architectural decisions, and see your work go live quickly.

• What You'll DoDesign, build, test, deploy, and maintain our web and desktop applications end to end
• Work across the full stack — frontend, backend, database, APIs, and deployment
• Build new products from scratch and continuously improve existing ones
• Design clean database schemas, optimise queries, and keep performance sharp
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Handle deployments, environments, and production support
• Debug complex issues and ship permanent fixes, not band-aids
• Uphold code quality, security, and engineering best practices
• Work closely with the founder and team to plan, prioritise, and deliver

Our Tech StackYou should be strong across most of this (and eager to master the rest):

• Frontend: React, Vite, TypeScript, modern CSS/UI
• Backend: Node.js, Fastify/Express, Python
• Database: PostgreSQL, Supabase, SQL optimisation
• Desktop: Electron
• Infra & Tooling: Docker, Git/GitHub, Linux, CI/CD
• CMS & E-commerce: WordPress, Shopify, and similar platforms — must be able to build, customise, integrate, and maintain client websites and stores
• Bonus: Redis, job queues (BullMQ), pgvector / AI integrations

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 / month (based on experience) + commission + profit share
• Working days/hours: Six days, weekly off on Friday
