Social Media Growth & Technology Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technology-driven Social Media Technology & Growth Analyst who can manage, optimize, and accelerate the growth of our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO), platform algorithms, analytics, automation tools, emerging technologies, and the latest digital trends.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, adopting upcoming technologies, improving reach and engagement, and developing data-driven strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective SMO and organic growth strategies.

* Monitor and understand changes in social media algorithms.

* Improve reach, engagement, followers, views, watch time, and conversions.

* Stay updated with new social media features, tools, AI technologies, automation systems, and industry trends.

* Introduce and implement upgraded technologies to improve social media performance.

* Optimize profiles, pages, posts, captions, hashtags, keywords, thumbnails, and publishing schedules.

* Conduct social media audits and identify technical or performance-related issues.

* Analyse platform insights, audience behaviour, content performance, and competitor activities.

* Prepare weekly and monthly growth and performance reports.

* Develop platform-specific strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.

* Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team.

* Recommend content formats and strategies based on data and current trends.

* Manage Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, analytics dashboards, scheduling tools, and other social media technologies.

* Ensure the security, proper access management, and technical health of all social media accounts.

* Build strategies for monetization, lead generation, brand visibility, and long-term digital growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in SMO, social media growth, digital marketing, or a related field.

* Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and their algorithms.

* Practical knowledge of social media analytics, SEO, keyword research, and audience targeting.

* Familiarity with AI-powered tools, automation platforms, scheduling systems, and emerging digital technologies.

* Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable growth strategies.

* Strong understanding of organic growth, viral content strategy, engagement optimization, and platform monetization.

* Knowledge of paid advertising and performance marketing will be an added advantage.

* Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
