Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding their requirements, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

• Responsibilities Handle incoming customer enquiries and leads.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the operations/team for quotations, orders, and delivery.
• Keep track of pending follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
• Prepare basic sales reports and update daily activities.
• RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable making customer calls and following up regularly.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
