Job Description
Restaurant Manager – KolkataWe are looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our vegetarian restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Manage restaurant staff, shifts and daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and service standards
- Monitor food quality, wastage and operational discipline
- Coordinate with kitchen, cashier and management
- Train and supervise service staff
- Ensure smooth operations during busy hours
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in restaurant/F&B operations
- Strong staff-management and customer-handling skills
- Must be disciplined, responsible and willing to work hands-on
- Bengali/Hindi required; basic English preferred
- Experience in a busy family restaurant / pure vegetarian restaurant preferred
