*Outlet Manager – Roles & Responsibilities* 

1. Manage end-to-end kitchen and bakery operations to ensure smooth daily production.

2. Plan daily production based on sales forecasts and customer orders.

3. Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation as per standard recipes.

4. Implement and monitor SOPs for food preparation, baking, and packaging.

5. Maintain food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAI compliance.

6. Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate kitchen staff.

7. Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift scheduling.

8. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of raw materials.

9. Minimize food wastage through proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and portion control.

10. Control food cost, labour cost, and kitchen operating expenses.

11. Coordinate with procurement, stores, packaging, and delivery teams.

12. Ensure timely order preparation and dispatch to meet delivery timelines.

13. Conduct daily quality checks of raw materials and finished products.

14. Handle customer complaints related to food quality and implement corrective actions.

15. Monitor production reports, sales trends, and kitchen KPIs.

16. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations.

17. Maintain production records, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and inventory reports.

18. Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

19. Can work in rotational shifts and different outlets if needed
