Property Acquisition & Inventory Executive

SS Property is looking for a proactive and field-oriented Property Acquisition & Inventory Executive to build and manage our property inventory and real estate contact network across Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and coordinate with property developers, real estate agents and property owners across Kolkata.

• Source resale, owner and developer properties based on market demand and customer requirements.

• Visit properties and developer/agent offices whenever required to collect accurate property details, photos and videos.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, agents and property owners.

• Maintain and regularly update the Master Property Inventory in Google Sheets.

• Maintain a separate Contact Database containing owner, developer and agent details, including names, contact numbers, company/agency details and office addresses.

• Add and organize existing SS Property social media inventory into the master inventory.

• Verify property availability, pricing, configuration and other important details before adding or updating inventory.

• Regularly check and update old inventory to keep the database accurate and active.

• Work area-wise to continuously expand SS Property's property network and inventory.

• Coordinate with the customer support and field team whenever suitable properties are required for customers.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure all inventory and contact data is updated on a daily basis.

• Accompany customers for site visits whenever required and assist in coordinating the visit.

• During customer site visits, collect complete property details, photos/videos and relevant information for updating the SS Property inventory.

Requirements

• Real estate field experience or property sourcing experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of Kolkata's real estate market and different localities.

• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills are required.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable speaking with developers, agents and property owners.

• Willingness to travel across Kolkata for meetings and property visits.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Should be proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• English, Hindi and Bengali communication preferred.

• Two-wheeler preferred.

Salary & Work

Salary: ₹15,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Job Type: Full-Time

Work: Field + Office/Remote coordination

Location: Kolkata

Candidates with real estate field experience and strong Google Sheets skills will be preferred.
