Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
  • Diagnosis and rectification of hardware and technical issues.
  • Handling customer service calls and visiting customer locations as required.
  • Printer parts replacement and basic spare-parts management.
  • Preventive maintenance of printers and related equipment.
  • Maintaining proper service reports and updating the service status.
  • Providing professional technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Following company procedures, customer requirements and service-level guidelines.
  • Any other technical responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
