Location: Barrackpur, Kolkata, West Bengal
Gender: Male
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
OFFICE TIMING: 11:00 AM TO 9:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Mobile Repair Technician to join our team at Crack Mobile (OPC) Private Limited. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing smartphones and ensuring quality customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mobile phones and smartphones.
- Handle hardware and software-related mobile issues.
- Perform display, battery, charging port, speaker, microphone and other component replacements.
- Troubleshoot motherboard and circuit-related issues.
- Perform IC-level and soldering work, if experienced.
- Check mobile devices before and after repair to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain proper records of repaired devices and spare parts.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of repair jobs.
- Follow company safety and repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized repair workstation.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of mobile phone hardware and software.
- Experience in smartphone troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of Android/iOS devices will be an advantage.
- Good soldering and component-level repair skills preferred.
- Ability to identify faults quickly and provide effective solutions.
- Good attention to detail and quality of work.
Eligibility
- Male candidates preferred
- Relevant experience in mobile repairing preferred.
- Freshers with appropriate technical training may also be considered.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the Barrackpur, Kolkata location.
Compensation
₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + up to ₹5,000 incentive, depending on experience, technical skills and performance.
