Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations & Documentation Executive to manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations and ensure timely and accurate documentation for import and export shipments.
The candidate will coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, CHA/customs brokers, transporters, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments from booking to final delivery.
- Handle day-to-day Import and Export shipment operations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, CHA/customs brokers, and overseas agents.
- Process and follow up on FCL, LCL, Air Cargo, Import and Export shipments.
- Coordinate shipment bookings and obtain booking confirmations.
- Monitor shipment status, vessel/flight schedules, ETD and ETA.
- Coordinate with customers regarding shipment requirements and operational updates.
- Follow up for cargo pickup, stuffing, transportation, delivery, and other shipment-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely movement of cargo.
- Resolve operational issues and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
