📞 TELECALLER — Responsibilities
- Call toy retailers and prospective customers to introduce our products.
- Share catalogues, prices and offers through WhatsApp.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order updates.
- Maintain daily records of calls, customer requirements and follow-ups.
📈 MARKETING EXECUTIVE — Responsibilities
- Visit toy shops, retailers and dealers to generate new business.
- Present our toy range and explain wholesale pricing.
- Build customer relationships and secure repeat orders.
- Follow up on leads and work towards agreed sales targets.
- Report daily visits, orders and market feedback.
✅ Skills Required
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate with local customers in Hindi and Bengali; basic English is helpful.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones.
- Telecaller: Basic computer knowledge and accurate record keeping.
- Marketing Executive: Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Sales or toy industry experience is an advantage.
💰 Salary: [10000 -13000]
🕘 Working Hours: [9AM-7PM and SUNDAY off]
👤 Experience: [Freshers welcome / Experience required]
