Sindoor BTL Marketing is looking for energetic, confident and people-friendly Field Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Kolkata.

💼 PositionField Marketing Executive – BTL / Brand Activation

💰 Salary₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month

• Travel Allowance

🕐 Working Hours11:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working days may vary depending on campaign requirements.

🎯 Job Responsibilities• Conduct on-ground BTL marketing & brand activation campaigns

• Approach people in public places and introduce/promote our client brands

• Explain products, services and promotional offers

• Distribute discount vouchers, flyers and promotional materials

• Collect customer names, phone numbers and qualified leads

• Maintain daily campaign activity reports

• Represent Sindoor and our clients professionally

• Work at different locations across Kolkata

• Achieve daily campaign and lead-generation targets

⭐ Previous experience in field sales, BTL, brand promotion, event promotion or customer acquisition will be an advantage.

🚨 IMPORTANTThis is a field-based role, NOT an office-based marketing job.

Candidates should be comfortable spending several hours on the ground, approaching people and actively promoting brands.
