Position: Junior Project Officer – Electrical

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in execution and supervision of electrical projects at field locations.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors and project personnel.
• Monitor electrical works, materials and site activities.
• Prepare basic site reports and project documentation.
• Travel and relocate to Nagaland as required for project work.

Salary & Benefits

• During Probation: ₹18,000 per month
• After successful completion of probation and qualifying practical examination: ₹22,000 per month
• Accommodation provided at the field location.
• Initial transportation/relocation support from Kolkata Head Office to Nagaland upon selection.

Preferred Skills

• Diploma / ITI / relevant qualification in Electrical preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical project and site work.
• Laptop ownership preferred.
• Ability to ride a 2-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
• Willingness to work in a remote/field environment.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.

Important: This is a field-based position in Mon District, Nagaland. Selected candidates will be required to relocate from the Kolkata Head Office to the project location.
