Call Quality Analyst

Call Quality Analyst:

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Negotiable for Experienced candidates.

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Freshers are also eligible.

Shift: 3 pm-12 am (Home Drop off services available in and around Kolkata)

8.00am- 05.00 pm (Pick Up Provided)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and the ability to audit international calls professionally. Candidates with prior experience in an International BPO as QA/ CCE will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate clearly and confidently regarding the feedback of the calls with team.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Follow company processes, quality standards, and call-handling guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in BPO as QA, Customer Service, Tele calling, or a Similar role. Freshers are also eligible.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Prior experience in an International BPO is preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Candidates should be comfortable with the 3:00 pm-12:00 am shift.
