Job Description
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and business agreements with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities in the CRM/ERP system.
- Analyze market trends and recommend strategies for business expansion.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events to generate new business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports for management.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical business practices.

- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- Experience3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Marketing.
- Experience in the Garment, Textile, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
