📌 Position: Business Development Executive

We are looking for a smart, energetic, target-driven and street-smart Business Development Executive who can generate new business and increase revenue for our restaurants, catering and corporate business.

• Group Dining & Restaurant Bookings

• Birthday / Anniversary / Private Events

• Festive Corporate Orders

• Regular / Contractual Corporate Meal Requirements

Key Responsibilities• Generate your own leads through field visits, cold calling, networking and references

• Visit corporate offices and business hubs across Kolkata

• Connect with HR, Admin, Procurement, Facility Management, Office Managers and decision-makers

• Acquire new corporate and institutional clients

• Arrange meetings, presentations and food tastings

• Prepare quotations and customized proposals

• Follow up with prospects and close business

• Develop relationships with event planners, wedding planners, corporates, hotels, clubs and institutions

• Generate catering, group dining and restaurant bookings

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets

• Maintain daily lead, meeting, follow-up and conversion reports

Who We Are Looking For✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✅ Confident in meeting new clients

✅ Comfortable with field sales and corporate visits

✅ Aggressive in follow-up but professional with clients

✅ Target-oriented and result-driven

✅ Good networking and relationship-building ability

✅ Bengali, Hindi & English communication preferred

Experience 0–5 years preferred

Candidates from Restaurant / Hotel / Catering / Hospitality / Corporate Sales / B2B Sales / Event Sales / Banquet Sales will be preferred.

Exceptional freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also apply.
