Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with excellent communication and business acumen are also welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, customer-focused, and passionate about business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
