Job Description: Exam Bangla Publication প্রকাশনা সংস্থা তাদের কোম্পানির সমস্ত আর্থিক হিসাবনিকাশ, বিলিং এবং ট্যাক্স সংক্রান্ত কাজ নিখুঁতভাবে পরিচালনার জন্য একজন দক্ষ, সৎ এবং দায়িত্বশীল অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্ট খুঁজছি।


Key Responsibilities:

  • ডেইলি অ্যাকাউন্টিং: Tally Prime/ERP 9 ব্যবহার করে প্রতিদিনের আয়-ব্যয়, সেলস ও পারচেজ এন্ট্রি (Bookkeeping) করা।
  • ট্যাক্সেশন: GST (R1, 3B) এবং TDS ক্যালকুলেশন করা এবং সঠিক সময়ে রিটার্ন ফাইলিংয়ের জন্য সিএ (CA)-কে ডেটা দিয়ে সাহায্য করা।
  • বিলিং ও ইনভয়েসিং: অফলাইন ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর এবং অনলাইন ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্মের (Amazon, Flipkart, Website) ইনভয়েস তৈরি এবং পেমেন্ট ফলো-আপ করা।
  • ব্যাংকিং কাজ: ব্যাংক রিকনসিলিয়েশন (Bank Reconciliation), পেমেন্ট ক্লিয়ারেন্স এবং ভেন্ডর পেমেন্ট ম্যানেজ করা।
  • পে-রোল: কর্মীদের মাসিক পে-রোল বা স্যালারি প্রসেসিংয়ের হিসাব রাখা।


Requirements:

  • শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: কমার্স ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ডে স্নাতক (B.Com)।
  • অভিজ্ঞতা: অ্যাকাউন্ট্যান্ট বা অ্যাকাউন্টস এক্সিকিউটিভ হিসেবে ন্যূনতম ২ থেকে ৩ বছরের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা।
  • দক্ষতা: Tally, MS Excel (অ্যাডভান্সড লেভেল) এবং GST পোর্টাল সম্পর্কে পরিষ্কার জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।


  1. কাজের সময় ও অন্যান্য সুবিধা: কাজের সময়: সকাল ১১:০০ টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৭:০০ টা।
  2. কাজের দিন: সোমবার থেকে শনিবার।
  3. বেতন (Salary): ₹১২,০০০ - ₹১৮,০০০ প্রতি মাস। যোগ্যতার ভিত্তিতে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষ।
