Job Description
Position: Loan Sales Officer / Loan Sales Executive
Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads for Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan & LAP.
Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and referrals.
Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Explain eligibility, loan amount, tenure, interest rate and documentation.
Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Collect and coordinate required customer documents.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs and internal teams for application processing.
Maintain strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Preferred Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Sales and negotiation ability.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Basic knowledge of CIBIL, EMI and loan eligibility.
Banking/loan/DSA/fintech sales experience preferred.
Existing customer/connector/DSA network will be an advantage.
Suitable for: Full-time sales professionals as well as eligible people looking for additional income opportunities.
