Job Description

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly.
  • Assist the service team during operations.
  • Ensure crockery, cutlery, and glassware are clean and available.
  • Support restaurant opening, closing, and daily setup activities.
  • Handle waste disposal and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Assist with food and beverage service when required.
  • Report breakages, shortages, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
