*Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

2. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.

3. Manage staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring.

4. Coordinate with the kitchen and bakery team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

5. Execute proper opening and closing procedures according to company SOPs.

6. Maintain rigorous cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

7. Monitor product quality, presentation, and portion control.

8. Manage stock levels and coordinate supply replenishment.

9. Handle billing, POS operations, and daily cash reconciliation.

10. Prepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports.

11. Train new employees on company policies, service standards, and safety.

12. Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.

13. Track performance metrics to support revenue targets.

14. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

15. Coordinate with vendors and management for operational efficiency.

16. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts across different Kolkata locations.
