Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in financial reporting and statutory compliance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
• Handle cash, bank transactions, bank reconciliation, and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
• Maintain purchase bills, sales invoices, expense records, and other financial documents.
• Assist in GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with stores, sales outlets, and other departments for billing, stock, and accounting discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly closing, financial reports, and audit-related documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
• Work on Tally/ERP software and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.
• Qualifications & ExperienceGraduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food retail, or multi-outlet businesses will be preferred.
