Job Description
Job Title: Assistant Manager – Loan Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise loan recovery and collection activities.
- Lead and guide the field collection and telecalling teams to achieve recovery targets.
- Monitor overdue loan accounts and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
- Handle escalated cases and resolve customer payment-related issues.
- Track daily collection performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Coordinate with team members to improve recovery efficiency and meet business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and recovery procedures.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular performance feedback.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and ensure ethical recovery practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of loan recovery and collection processes.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.
Experience: Relevant experience in loan recovery or collections, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
