Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strategic partnerships, achieving admission and revenue targets, and developing new business opportunities in the education sector. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.  Identify and generate new business opportunities through schools, colleges, educational partners, and corporate tie-ups.  Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and channel partners.  Conduct presentations, seminars, and counselling sessions for students and parents.  Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.  Managethecomplete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.  Monitormarket trends, competitor activities, and student preferences.  Prepare and maintain sales reports, business forecasts, and performance metrics.  Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.  Collaborate with the admissions and counselling teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.  Represent the organisation at educational fairs, networking events, and institutional meetings. Required Skills  Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.  Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.  Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.  Leadership and team management skills.Qualifications  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.  MBA/PGDMispreferred.  Experience in Business Development, Sales, or the Education/EdTech industry is preferred. Experience Required  2–5years of relevant experience.  Experience in educational consulting or student admissions will be an added advantage.
