Job Description
Accounts Executive
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable and vendor/customer reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and assist with bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Prepare basic MIS/reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders for accounts-related matters.
Requirements:
- Graduate, preferably B.Com.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST & TDS.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage day-to-day accounting activities independently.
