Job Description
HR Recruiter – Tamil Nadu
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for job openings across Tamil Nadu.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection.
- Maintain candidate details and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate with the HR Coordinator and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Support the team in achieving recruitment targets.
- Handle day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
