HR Coordinator – Kochi
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients regarding job requirements.
- Coordinate with HR recruiters for candidate sourcing and interviews.
- Share job details and candidate profiles with clients.
- Follow up with clients and recruiters on interview schedules and feedback.
- Maintain recruitment updates and candidate status.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and recruiters.
- Handle day-to-day recruitment coordination activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR processes.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply.
