Job Description

Manage and maintain customer and lead data in the CRM system.

Track leads, enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.

Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure timely lead follow-up.

Monitor customer lifecycle and identify opportunities for engagement and retention.

Prepare CRM reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry and database management.

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other channels.

Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
