Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Executive Merchant Acquiring & Financial Products Position Type: Full-time

Drive business growth by acquiring retail merchants and cross-selling a diverse portfolio of payment technologies, banking solutions, and financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard merchants for digital payment solutions, including POS/EDC terminals, Soundboxes, and QR code setups.
• Open Current Accounts for business clients to establish primary banking relationships.
• Cross-sell retail asset products, specifically high-yield loans on credit cards and other credit solutions.
• Market and distribute financial risk products, covering both Life and General Insurance portfolios.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets through direct field prospecting and client visits.
• Build long-term merchant relationships to foster account retention, upsell additional financial tools, and secure referrals.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree mandatory (Graduates from any discipline are welcome).
• Experience: Prior experience in field sales, merchant acquiring, or banking product sales is preferred, though ambitious fresh graduates with strong sales acumen will be considered.
• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a high level of self-motivation.
• Mobility: Willingness to conduct regular field visits and merchant interactions.
