Job Title: Telecaller – WiFi Renewal & Customer Support (Work From Home)

We are hiring a responsible and experienced Telecaller for WiFi Broadband Renewal and Customer Support.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Call existing customers for WiFi/Broadband plan renewals.
2. Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue renewals.
3. Handle incoming customer calls and service-related queries.
4. Register customer complaints and coordinate with the technical team.
5. Follow up on pending complaints until resolution.
6. Maintain daily calling, renewal and payment follow-up records.
7. Update customer information and call remarks in company CRM software.
8. Share daily work reports with management.
9. Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
• Good Marathi and Hindi communication skills.
• Basic English knowledge.
• Basic computer, Excel and CRM knowledge.
• Must have a laptop/desktop, stable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
• Experience in ISP, Broadband, Telecom or Customer Support will be preferred.

Important: Candidate must be disciplined, responsible, punctual and able to handle customer calls independently.

Work Location: Work From Home

Company Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: As per experience and interview.
