Visa / Immigration Consultant

We are hiring a Visa Counsellor / Telecaller to join our growing immigration team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, be customer-focused, and be able to convert inquiries into successful admissions or visa applications.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel clients regarding Tourist Visas, Study Visas, Work Permits, and PR (Permanent Residency).
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and follow up on leads.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa options.
• Convert inquiries into successful enrollments through effective counseling.
• Assist clients with visa forms, documentation, and application procedures.
• Maintain accurate client records and regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure smooth visa processing.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Required Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, counseling, and convincing abilities.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Experience in immigration, visa counseling, telecalling, or sales is preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
