Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Gauge Room & 4S • Maintain Gauge Room cleanliness, organization, 4S and discipline. • Ensure ULM and other precision measuring equipment are ready for use. • Check calibration status, identification labels and due dates before using instruments. 2. Gauge Calibration • Perform calibration of gauges and measuring instruments as per approved SOP/WI and gauge drawings. • Handle instruments such as ULM, Dial Tester, Bench Centre, Profile Projector, Vision Scope, Height Gauge, CMM, Torque Tester and other gauges. • Use calibrated master/reference standards and maintain measurement traceability. • Record calibration results and identify OK / Not OK / Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) conditions.
