Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our two-wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, explaining Honda two-wheelers, generating leads, conducting test rides, following up with prospects and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and welcome showroom walk-in customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and usage.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing and offers.
• Arrange and assist with vehicle test rides.
• Generate new sales leads through showroom, telephone and field activities.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
• Convert enquiries into bookings and retail sales.
• Explain available finance, insurance and EMI options.
• Coordinate with the finance, insurance and delivery teams.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Participate in local marketing and promotional activities.
• Maintain good customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
• Candidate Profile
• Qualification: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years exprience in two-wheeler industry
• Candidates from Naihati, Halisahar, Kanchrapara, Barrackpore and nearby areas will be preferred.
