Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce House of EdTech's course offerings.
- Understand learner needs and recommend the most suitable upskilling programs.
- Pitch courses in Excel, Python, Power BI, AI, Finance, and Stock Market Training.
- Build rapport with leads, follow up consistently, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach and improve lead conversion.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and follow-up discipline.
- Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus — freshers are encouraged to apply.
