- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Follow up with prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Assist customers with documentation, payment follow-ups, and service-related queries.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up trackers.
- Build positive customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and sales targets.
