Telecalling Executive

Agnee Computer is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to handle customer and dealer calls, generate sales leads, follow up with existing customers, and support the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, existing customers, and dealers to promote company products and services.
2. Generate new sales leads and identify potential business opportunities.
3. Follow up with customers regarding product inquiries, quotations, orders, and pending payments, as assigned.
4. Inform customers about new products, offers, schemes, and company updates.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, follow-ups, and sales inquiries.
6. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
7. Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information about products and services.
8. Follow up on inactive customers and develop opportunities for repeat business.
9. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
10. Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
11. Perform other sales and customer support activities as assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; graduates will be preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills in Odia.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.
• Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
• Good listening, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage. Freshers may also apply.
