Telecalling Team Leader

Department: Hospital Call Center / Patient Support

Experience: Minimum 6 months as a Team Leader

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented Team Leader to manage and supervise our hospital call center operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the call center team and daily operations.

• Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, and call quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of inbound and outbound patient calls.
• Guide team members in handling patient queries, appointments, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Conduct regular team briefings and provide on-job coaching.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with hospital departments for timely resolution of patient-related queries.
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure proper closure.
• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to hospital and company processes.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience as a Team Leader in a call center/BPO/customer support environment.

• Experience in hospital/healthcare call center operations will be preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Ability to manage a team and handle escalations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
