Job Title: Customer Success Executive / After-Sales Executive (AI Products)

About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Executive to drive B2B customer success for Alpever's AI product suite — working directly with the founder to manage relationships with OEMs, dealer networks, and automobile businesses. This is an ownership-heavy role for someone who wants to build a career in customer success and B2B technology within a fast-growing AI startup.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end post-sales customer journey — from onboarding to ongoing support
• Coordinate customer onboarding, training, and product implementation
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understand customer requirements, feedback, and concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction
• Drive product adoption and customer engagement
• Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and referrals
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in CRM
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technology teams

What We're Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in customer success, after-sales, account management, or related fields
• Freshers with strong communication skills also encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
• Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, or B2B technology
• Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur
