Telecalling Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Calling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls for our real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
• Explain property details, pricing, location benefits, and offers
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain call records and customer data
• Provide excellent customer support and build relationships
• Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
