US IT Sales Recruiter — Night Shift

Note: This is a night shift, Only apply if you are open to work in night shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand US client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill requirements.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and eligibility to work in the US.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or vendors.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS/CRM records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with US staffing clients, vendors, and internal recruitment teams.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Basic understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
• Familiarity with technical job roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, QA Engineer, and DevOps Engineer.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate sourcing.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently during US business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• Previous experience in US IT recruitment or staffing will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
