Job Description

  • Work ResponsibilitiesCall EV owners and understand their requirement for home EV charger installation.
  • Handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to potential EV customers.
  • Collect customer details including name, contact number, EV/car model, location and parking details.
  • Explain the home charger installation process, available charger options and basic requirements.
  • Qualify leads and identify customers ready for a site survey.
  • Schedule site surveys with customers and coordinate with the installation team.
  • Share customer location, contact details and survey requirements with the field/technical team.
  • Follow up with customers after the site survey regarding quotation, approval and installation.
  • Schedule the charger installation after customer confirmation.
  • Coordinate with the customer and installation team to ensure timely installation.
  • Confirm installation completion and update the customer/CRM records.
  • Maintain daily records of calls, qualified leads, surveys scheduled, installations scheduled and completed.
  • Follow up with pending customers and ensure no qualified lead is missed.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for any customer or installation-related issues.
  • Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, surveys and completed installations.
