Job Description
We are looking for a B2B Telesales Executive to generate leads and develop business opportunities through outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to B2B customers, dealers, distributors, and business clients.
- Generate and qualify new leads through telecalling.
- Explain solar products, pricing, and offerings to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong B2B sales and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Good Hindi & English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM.
- Solar/Electrical/EPC industry experience will be an advantage.
- EligibilityGraduation preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Telesales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Candidates with experience in the solar, electrical, inverter, or EPC industry will be preferred.
