Telecaller

SkyPro Aviation is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive (Tele-Calling) to connect with prospective students and customers, understand their requirements, explain our aviation services, and convert enquiries into successful admissions/leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and leads generated through different channels.
• Explain SkyPro Aviation’s services, programs, processes, and offerings clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversions.
• Update and maintain accurate lead and call records.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding qualified leads and customer requirements.
• Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Build professional relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Good command of spoken English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to explain services clearly and handle customer queries.
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic computer and CRM/data-entry knowledge.

Previous experience in tele-calling, counselling, inside sales, or customer handling is preferred.
